5.3 Through Different Eyes

Ours are not the only kind of eyes on the planet.

And even those we do have don’t see nearly as good as we think they do.

In fact, if were not for a great deal of touch up and processing and the addition of all sorts of qualities that are not in the original, we would not be able to see much at all.

In this section we look at how other critters see thing, how pitifully bad our eyes really are, as well as perceptual ambiguity and everybody’s favorite, illusions.
