The 5th Chakra, The Creator energy only expresses. Funny to use the term creator because it is not the source of what it creates.
It is more like the master builder, following the blueprint of the architect.
None the less, it too can get stuck. it can get hindered. It can turn to expressing as little as possible, if enough danger is present and the possibility that what is created will cause pain and hardship.
