I want to switch it up and bit and do a couple of meditation exercises twith the eyes open.
We don’t realize how interconnected our ideas about what we are seeing and the thing we are actually seeing are.
The mental associations we have with what we see are so deeply engrained and appear so spontaneously that we don’t even know we have them.
So I created a couple of meditations to shift that. To make us aware first of the thoughts about what we see, which actually blinds us from seeing. And then to look at the meaning we attach to those things.
