Even though integration just happens, there are things you can do to anchor it into the system.
Anchoring is helping the new (and perhaps tentative) reconciliation that has taken place, to become the new default behavior. We want to assist the nervous system in making the transition to a higher way of being as quickly and as comfortably as possible.
Anchoring is something i do a lot, especially with EFT. I like EFT for that because it engages the body. (There is a big section on engaging the body in level 2).
